1. Unwrap the candy

This game is incredibly simple yet, so much fun. The only downside is that your kid might go on a sugar rush after playing the game.

What you’ll need:

  • Candies
  • Oven mitts
  • Participants who love candies

How to play:

  • Lay the candies out on a plate next to a bowl.
  • The participants have to wear oven mitts and unwrap as many candies as they can in a span of one minute. The unwrapped candy has to be placed in the bowl.

2. Ice picking

This one-minute game is perfect for those hot summers and we guarantee your children will love it!

What you’ll need:

  • Plenty of ice cubes
  • Toothpicks
  • 2 bowls

How to play:

  • Place the ice cubes in one bowl.
  • The participants have to use a toothpick to pick the ice cubes one by one and drop them into the second bowl.
  • Whoever manages to transfer the most amount of ice cubes in a span of one minute wins the game.

3. Nosedive

This game involves diving deep into fluffy cotton balls!

What you’ll need:

  • Vaseline
  • Cotton balls
  • Bowl

How to play:

  • Place the cotton balls on a plate.
  • Put some vaseline on the contestant’s nose.
  • The contestant now has to pick up a cotton ball from the plate and transfer it to the bowl. They cannot use their hands. However, they can shake their head to drop the cotton ball into the bowl.
  • Whoever manages to transfer the most number of cotton balls in a minute wins the game.

4. Top cup

This game tests your patience and focus. Not for the easily distracted ones!

What you’ll need:

  • 30 red cups and one blue cup
  • A participant with patience and determination

How to play:

  • Stack the red cups on top of each other and keep the blue cup at the bottom.
  • The participant has to remove one cup from the top and place it at the bottom and continue doing so until the blue cup is on top.
  • Whoever manages to get this done within a minute wins the game.

5. Cookie monster

This is more of an excuse for your little ones to eat cookies than play a game!

What you’ll need:

  • Cookies
  • Participants who won’t devour the cookies before the game

How to play:

  • Place the cookie on the participant’s head.
  • The goal is to move the cookie from the forehead to the mouth using only facial muscles. Whoever manages to do this and eat the cookie within a minute wins the game.

6. Minty tower

The challenge is to build the mightiest mintiest tower. Can you do it?

What you’ll need:

  • Polo or any other round flat mints
  • A flat surface

How to play:

  • The goal is to stack as many polos as possible on top of each other within a minute. Make a vertical mint tower and see how long it lasts! Build many mint towers next to each other and see who’s is the biggest!

7. Up we go

If your kids love balloons, they will love this game!

What you’ll need:

  • 3 balloons

How to play:

  • Once the timer starts, the participant has to focus on keeping three balloons from touching the ground. They can touch and hit the balloon but cannot hold it. The person who manages to keep all the three balloons in the air for a whole minute wins the game.

8. Blow away

Who knew you could have so much fun with balloons and cups?

What you’ll need:

  • 15 Cups
  • Table
  • Balloon

How to play:

  • Line up the cups upside down on a table right next to each other.
  • The player blows the balloon when the timer starts and uses the air in the balloon to blow the cups away one by one. The player has to knock down all the cups within a minute.

9. Feather-light

Who can get the feather back to its mama without letting it touch the ground?

What you’ll need:

  • A plush bird
  • Feathers

How to play:

  • Make the contestant stand at one end of a room and place a plush bird on the other end of a room.
  • As the whistle blows, the contestants have to blow the feather and keep blowing at it to lead it to the plush bird.
  • The goal is to make the feather land on the bird without letting it touch the ground, all in one minute.

10. Chubby bunny challenge

What you’ll need:

  • Lots of marshmallows

How to play:

  • In this game, contestants are supposed to shove as many marshmallows as they can into their mouth.
  • The person who can fit the most number of marshmallows within a minute wins the game.
