These super healthy smoothie recipes for kids will sneak in all the nutrients!

How many times have you wanted to kick yourself for giving birth to the most difficult, stubborn kids in the world? Mealtimes only intensify these feelings and I wonder if my cooking is the reason they won’t even notice the side of greens on their plates! Much later in life, they told me it wasn’t me, rather the very idea of putting something as bland as Brocolli or Cabbage in their mouths seemed absolutely appalling and pointless (yeah, they said pointless!) to them and also how it would be convenient if they couldn’t see what they were consuming.

Billion Dollar Idea, you guys! That’s when it hit me, instead of feeling defeated everyday post meals, why not trick them into consuming all the essential nutrients in the form of smoothies?

That’s when I went on a roll with these lip-smackingly delicious smoothie recipes that are also super healthy! These healthy smoothie recipes immediately became a super hit in my house. One glass of smoothie for breakfast or dinner will suffice, however, if they demand more of it, you can always modify the portion sizes.
