What started off as a mild argument quickly escalated to a straight-up yelling match between me and my husband the other day! It was another one of those days where I asked him to do something (probably pick up his socks) and he just forgot about it.
I spent the night at my friend’s place and contemplated taking the first flight back home in the morning. At about 3 in the morning, I received a message from my husband that read ‘I’m not good at expressing myself but I want you to know that you mean the world to me and losing you would mean losing a very important part of myself. Like losing a limb. I’m sorry’!
I could not help but laugh at his efforts, knowing how difficult it is for him to open up about his feelings! So, I thought what’s better than helping couples in love articulate their feelings and profess their love for each other in a not-so-shabby manner?
Therefore, I put together a list of some of my all-time favourite hilarious love quotes hoping that they help bring people together!
